Minute information assumes the entire card is used on a single call. Card expires 90 days after initial use. 79c fee will apply for calls made to toll-free number from a pay phone. Rates on calls made to cellular phones could be higher. Maintenance fee - $.49 weekly. Applies week after first call

    It's a fairly good card for caling Belarus. Of course, you talk less minutes than advertised (real time for 5$ is 23-24 minutes, not 40). But it's still cheaper that ALL long distance services I came across. The connection is pretty good too.
